The powder bath is elegant with a black toilet and a waterfall urinal that activates upon entering the bathroom. The west residence contains 12' ceilings and a large island. Three bedrooms and two baths and laundry room. Each backyard is very large and private with room for a pool on each side. The brick-paved driveway will accommodate ~10 vehicles. The entire structure is insulated with open cell spray foam and is efficient to heat and cool. The east residence has a 5-ton HVAC unit, and the west residence is conditioned by a 3.5-ton HVAC unit. This home was completed in late November 2024 and is ready for occupancy with the ability to rent out one or both residences for income or use one side for guests or the other side of the residence for family.
